With the quarantine underway, travel plans have been canceled in favor of staying at home. After all, we have to flatten the COVID-19 curve. Nevertheless, it looks like we’re not going to food capitals like Hong Kong, Japan, or Thailand anytime soon. Not to worry. One restaurant is set on bringing these unique flavors to you so that you don’t need to go far. Say hello to BOA.
One of the many restaurants that make up Tomas Morato, BOA Asian Flavors takes famous dishes from Asian countries and adds a unique spin to them. The classic Filipino sisig, for example, gets an upgrade as it is transformed into Sisig Croquettes.
Beyond creative dishes, they’ve got some classics, too— like Pad Thai, a stir-fry noodle dish with tons of complex flavors and a refreshing lime finish.
