Chito Narvasa wants basketball to be as soft as cotton. Flagrant foul is there to protect the players, he don’t need to intervene with on court altercations. Kaya siya namumura kase mainit ulo nun nasa laro pa e. Dapat kinausap niya about dun kinabukasan nalang. Masyado kaseng pabida.
