Rachelle Ann Go met Prince Harry and Meghan Markle and her reaction is so relatable!

Rachelle Ann Go, the country’s pride in international theater, just met Prince Harry and Meghan Markle at the Hamilton gala to benefit the prince’s charity Sentebale, which helps youths living with HIV in Botswana and Lesotho.

Even if she has met tons of celebrities, meeting actual royalty is something else and her reaction is all of us: in an Instagram story, she shared that she “tried to be calm.”

Of course, we’ll try to be calm but we don’t think we’ll have Go’s poise and finesse!

Go started her music career when she won in the TV competition Search for a Star. She has seven multi-platinum albums under her belt, but she became an international theater star in 2014 when she was cast as Gigi van Tranh in the West End revival of Miss Saigon. The following year, she was cast as Les Miserables‘ Fantine, a woman who turns to prostitution so she could provide for her daughter Cosette. Go essayed the role when the musical was staged in Manila.

She has also performed the role of Gigi in the Broadway revival of Miss Saigon. She now portrays the role of Elizabeth Schuyler-Hamilton in the West End production of Hamilton.
