Whether it’s to apply for a new Philippine passport, fulfill job application requirements, secure a VISA, or just to have them on hand, there will come a time when you’re going to need to have a PSA-certified copy of your birth, marriage, or a loved one’s death certificate. Thankfully, doing so is now more convenient, even amid a pandemic!
PSAHelpline.ph is an online channel where you can get your civil registry documents in the comfort and safety of your home. There’s no need to actually go to the Philippine Statistics Authority because everything can be done online. That means no need to go out, no need to travel, and no exposure to potential health risks outdoors!
What are the civil registry documents?
The civil registry documents are the following:
- Birth certificate
- Marriage certificate
- Death certificate
- Certificate of No Marriage Record (CENOMAR)
These documents are typically important when applying for jobs, obtaining a passport for travel, enrolling for school, claiming insurance benefits, making legal transactions, and so much more.
What’s the process of applying online at PSAHelpline.ph?
It only takes three easy steps:
- Request for a certificate;
- Pay online or over-the-counter; and
- Wait for delivery.
At the PSAHelpline.ph homepage, click “Order Now.” It will then prompt you to choose which PSA certificate you need and who you are requesting it for. Keep in mind that you can only request a birth certificate, a marriage certificate, and a CENOMAR for yourself, your child, or your parent. Meanwhile, you may only order a death certificate for your parent or your spouse.

You will be able to see if your area falls under that during the application process.
Review the application form you filled up to ensure that the details are correct on the confirmation page.
Once confirmed, you will receive a Reference Number and you may then choose your preferred payment method:
- Selected Bayad outlets
- Palawan Express and Palawan Pawnshop
- BancNet ATM
- Credit card (Visa or Mastercard)
After that, all you need to do is wait for the status updates via SMS and email from PSAHelpline.ph along with the delivery of your PSA certificate.
How much does each document cost and how long do we have to wait to get them?
PSAHelpline.ph charges PHP 365 per copy of your birth certificate, marriage certificate, or death certificate. Meanwhile, it costs PHP 420 per copy of CENOMAR.
Documents will be delivered within 3 to 4 working days for applicants within Metro Manila, and 7 to 8 working days for those outside of Metro Manila. Delivery hours are between 8 AM to 5 PM.
