What are the civil registry documents?

The civil registry documents are the following:

  • Birth certificate
  • Marriage certificate
  • Death certificate
  • Certificate of No Marriage Record (CENOMAR)

These documents are typically important when applying for jobs, obtaining a passport for travel, enrolling for school, claiming insurance benefits, making legal transactions, and so much more.

What’s the process of applying online at PSAHelpline.ph?

It only takes three easy steps:

  1. Request for a certificate;
  2. Pay online or over-the-counter; and
  3. Wait for delivery.

At the PSAHelpline.ph homepage, click “Order Now.” It will then prompt you to choose which PSA certificate you need and who you are requesting it for. Keep in mind that you can only request a birth certificate, a marriage certificate, and a CENOMAR for yourself, your child, or your parent. Meanwhile, you may only order a death certificate for your parent or your spouse.
