After winning their 10 straight gold medal in the Southeast Asian Games recently held here in Manila, the Philippine Blu Girls has started 2020 with a World No. 11 in rankings, two rankings higher than their spot last year. Coming in 4th place at the Asian Women’s Softball Championship 2019 and 4th place at the 2019 Under-17 Women’s Softball Asia Cup have also boosted their ranking significantly.

In Asia, Japan ranks as World No.2, while Chinese-Taipei is at World No. 6 and China is at World No. 7.
