PAWradise: A Summer Dog Fair Brings Fun for Pets and Owners This April

Dog lovers and owners are in for a fun-filled event as fourth-year Multimedia Arts students from Southville International School and Colleges bring PAWradise: A Summer Dog Fair to Villar Children’s Farm on April 25, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

For ₱250, guests gain access to a lineup of activities, learning sessions, and entertainment for both pets and their humans. The first 10 registrants will also receive a voucher.

MAIN POSTER

Pup-Ups will feature a mix of pet treats, supplies, and essentials from different merchants. There will also be basic grooming services on-site, pet-friendly photobooths, live pet drawings, and even a flight simulator guests can try out.

One of the highlights of the program is Pup-Talk, featuring Dr. Geoff Carullo, current president of the Philippine College of Canine Practitioners. He will discuss proper nutrition for dogs during hot weather and how to prevent heat exhaustion. Coach Cheryl Salvador, Certified Family Dog Mediator and Accredited Dog Trainer with the International Association of Animal Behavior Consultants and founder of The Dog Tango, will also share insights on proper leash behavior and socialization training.

The Pawshion Show is a summer-themed dress-up competition where participants style their dogs and walk together in coordinated outfits. The competition is limited to the first 15 registrants, with a ₱200 participation fee that already includes access to the whole event. Winners will take home prizes, including vouchers from event sponsors such as free grooming for a whole year.

The Southville Society of Entrepreneurs (SSE) will also host a dog food donation drive, where guests may drop off kibble, canned food, or bowls. All donations will be turned over to the Brgy. Manuyo Dos Mini Pound.

The venue is pet-friendly with wide open spaces. A Pawrk is available—a dedicated obstacle area for play. Access requires a ₱100 fee, to be paid directly to the venue rather than the event organizers.

Closing the program is Pawformance, featuring a live set by The Saltshakers, performing during the final hours of the event.

Entry to Villar Children’s Farm is limited to four-wheeled vehicles, with ample parking available within the venue. Updates about the event will also be shared by Southville Artists Anonymous.
