Pattysserie came from the French word patisserie, which is basically a type of bakery that specializes in pastries and sweets. Patty who is the owner and the brains behind this delicious treat decided to change/add her name to that French word and thus, Pattysserie was born!
Patty’s love and interest for French macarons made her decide to take a class and learn the art of making these sweet treats. After perfecting the art of making french macarons, she then decided to invest in baking materials. Her wonderful whoopie pie recipe actually came from an instructional manual from one of her macaron silicone pans! She then started posting her creations on Instagram and her friends finally convinced her to sell her creations online.
What to Expect from a box of Pattysserie
Choco Chip Peanut Butter
This is one of my favorites. If you are a fan of chocolate chips, you should definitely get a taste of this flavor! What makes it even better is that it has a peanut butter filling inside of it!
Chocolate Yema
Chocolate cake shells with yema filling! This is for all you yema lovers out there!
And no, it’s not too sweet, like a lot of other yema goodies tend to be!
S’mores
Who doesn’t love S’mores? Patty’s version: graham cracker cake shells with marshmallow filling dipped in milk chocolate – a piece of heaven in every bite!
Red Velvet-MY FAVORITE! (:
Red velvet cake shells with cream cheese frosting! Out of all of the Red Velvet sweets I’ve tried from cupcakes to cakes, this has got to be the BEST of them all! I quickly finished all 3 pieces and had no intentions of sharing them, either. It was just that YUMMY!
