Last June, I attended Landco’s exclusive online launch for their latest Leisure Tourism Estates in Batangas – Club Laiya and CaSoBē.
To be honest, at first, I thought the event was about a new leisure resort destination that people can get to visit on weekends or vacations… something that people could go to in order to escape, destress or just breathe fresh air to get away from pandemic madness. Well, I was wrong because it came out to be better than what I actually thought of, for these properties are actually for sale. Wow, a dream that’s something attainable! Like c’mon, who doesn’t want to have their very own beach house? And what’s even cooler is that it’s only 2-3 hours away from the city + it’s designed to look Instagrammable too!
Yeah, yeah, I know we’re still in the middle of a pandemic, but I do think that this is also a great time to invest and future-proof our lives by investing in properties instead of wasting resources on things that easily depreciate.
