Silver Bucket Seafood Dining at Tagaytay Twin Lakes

When in Manila and eager to find a quick escape from the metro’s maddening hustle, Tagaytay has always been the top destination among city dwellers for its accessibility, stunning views, and overall unrushed pace. Just recently though, Tagaytay has slowly been gaining popularity for something other than the latter: its great restaurants! Many dining options have been sprouting about the area, giving travellers and foodies alike much to experience taste-wise.

Loveee the all-white interiors! So fresh!

An example of one such diner’s destination is Tagaytay Twin Lakes, a vineyard-resort community that houses a number of specialty restaurants set against a backdrop of Tagaytay’s breath-taking surrounds. We totally see al fresco dining being a potential hit in this place, especially with one of their newest and freshest dining concepts having just opened: Silver Bucket Seafood Dining.

Silver Bucket’s eponymous “Seafood in a Bucket”

Silver Bucket Seafood Dining’s menu features fusion seafood cuisine, an array of seafood dishes rendered in various styles as enjoyed in different parts of the world. A must-try is their signature “Seafood in a Bucket,” a savory assortment of the freshest catch of the day, made with Silver Bucket’s secret spice mix and served with herbed sauce and two sides. Other notable dishes include their “Dynamite Shrimp,” “Chef Francis’ Pumpkin Bisque,” and their very own version of the Paella.

Bag of Beans’ best-selling blueberry cheesecake! Too good for words!

Widely popular Tagaytay staple Bag of Beans has also opened, sharing a similar homey vibe and aesthetic as the former, and offering their best-selling pastries and home-cooked dishes. I’ve always been such a fan of Bag of Beans’ interiors; they always have the most picturesque and charming restaurant set-ups that make each store such a great place to hang out with family and friends. Plus their blueberry cheesecake is one of the best I’ve ever tried!
