A virtual walkthrough of a newly inaugurated health center in Pasig City is making the rounds online, not just for the facility itself, but for the creative way it was presented.
Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto recently shared what he described as an “amazing video tour” of the newly opened E. Santos Health Center, a three-story facility inaugurated on February 27, 2026. Built to Department of Health standards, the center is designed to provide residents with expanded healthcare services in a modernized space.

In the video, Sotto appears to glide through the building while describing its features, creating the illusion that he’s floating through hallways and rooms. The effect quickly caught the attention of social media users, who filled the comments section with jokes and reactions to the unusual “walkthrough.”
Some viewers playfully wondered about the editing behind the clip. One Instagram commenter wrote, “Wow galing ng edit mo mayor paki turuan nga ako,” while another joked, “Sino pong nag edit? Nang maiwasan.”
Others commented on how the video made it look like the mayor might bump into something mid-tour.
“Kinakabahan ako, baka mauntog si Mayor,” one commenter wrote. Another person shared a similar thought, saying, “Kala ko mauuntog ka mayor, ang realistic kasi ng pagka edit.”
A few viewers also pointed out how the visuals reminded them of familiar pop culture references. One comment read, “Parang tayong nanonood ng Blue’s Clues sa first few seconds.”
Meanwhile, others poked fun at the tour’s perspective.
“Lupit bro! Memoryado mo ung buong building kahit lumulutang ka ng nakatalikod,” one commenter remarked. Another viewer teased, “Galing ni mayor! Nakakaakyat ng hagdan patalikod.”
There were also comments appreciating the new facility and the project behind it. “Good job, Pasig leaders & voters!” one commenter wrote.
According to Sotto, the E. Santos Health Center is equipped with CCTV and fire safety systems, among other features. He also shared that city planners consulted with the facility’s “end users” during the design phase to help ensure the building supports the health center’s services.
