The Naruto Shippuden franchise, which first aired in 2007, will wrap up as they air their 500th episode this March 23.

Manga website GoBoiano revealed that the final episode will be called “Konoha Hidden: The Perfect Day for a Wedding”, which will showcase the days leading to the wedding of Naruto and Hinata.

“Konha Hidden” will feature seven episodes total in its arc.

This doesn’t mean that the world of Naruto is coming to a close, with a new animé series entitled “Boruto: Naruto Next Generations” will be out in April. The titular character, Boruto, is Naruto and Hinata’s son, who will be joined by Sarada, Sasuke and Sakura’s daughter.

Naruto first aired in 2002, with Naruto Shippuden coming out in 2007.
