After an initial report that Nadine Lustre and Aga Muhlach will team up for a new movie, Viva Artists Agency has confirmed that the two will be starring in a local adaptation of well-loved Korean drama film Miracle in Cell No. 7!
Miracle in Cell No. 7 is a heartwarming movie about a mentally ill man who gets wrongfully imprisoned for murder. With the help of the criminals he befriends, he does everything he can to be able to see his daughter again.

Viva has yet to share further information about the film remake.
Meanwhile, fans of Nadine’s loveteam with real-life boyfriend James Reid are still demanding that a JaDine film comes first before Nadine’s project with Aga.
It was confirmed back in June that James and Nadine will star in a remake of another Korean film, a horror romcom titled Spellbound. There was no word when it’s expected to be released and whether or not production has already started.
