Things To Remember

Trapeze flying is a physical activity, remember to wear comfy athletic clothes (they recommend fitted clothing)! Although the whole thing may seem daunting, the friendly trapeze teachers will be there with you, guiding you every step of the way. We came in with zero experience and yet we were able to accomplish a few trapeze poses with their help and guidance. Everything is super safe, you’ll be hooked up to a harness at all times. There is a safety net at the bottom always ready to catch you. On top of this, the harness is controlled by one of the trapeze instructors who will be controlling you while you’re in the air– in kuya’s words: “hindi ka bibitawan” (Buti pa sa trapeze no letting go….)

Also remember to be there 20 minutes earlier than your scheduled time so you can be fully oriented before you begin.

You only need to bring yourself, an open mind, and eagerness to learn!
