Heads up, southies (and all you churro lovers willing to make the trip)—Churreria La Lola is officially coming back with a standalone branch, and it’s landing at Evia Lifestyle Center.

In case you didn’t know, Churreria La Lola is a proudly homegrown concept from The Bistro Group, best known for its golden, crispy churros and rich chocolate dip.
The last time we saw them in a dedicated store was way back in 2020, so this comeback is a big deal, especially for Southerners who can now say, “Finally, something opened here first!”
When is it opening?
No official date yet. The brand just says “very soon,” which could mean tomorrow… or in true Filipino fashion, sometime before Christmas. For now, the Evia branch is the only confirmed location. No word yet on whether more standalone stores are in the works.
You can still get your churro fix today!
If you thought La Lola disappeared entirely, think again. They’ve been hiding in plain sight this whole time, serving their famous churros inside The Bistro Group’s Spanish restaurants: Las Flores and Tomatito.
At both restaurants, you can get them as part of the Let’s Do Lunch set (₱595, available daily from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.) with a Churreria La Lola add-on for just ₱95. Yes, complete with the iconic purple cone packaging.

Outside of the lunch set, the churros are still available as regular menu items:

Las Flores: Churros con Chocolate (₱225) – churros served with warm chocolate dip and vanilla ice cream.

Tomatito: Churros Dos Salsas (₱195) – churros with both chocolate sauce and dulce de leche for double the fun.
Las Flores even offers a Dessert Platter (₱635) with Churros con Chocolate, Tarta Chocolate, Tarta de Queso, and Bread Pudding, also known as the dessert version of a mic drop.
