Michelle Madrigal just commemorated one year of getting her breast implants removed.
On Instagram last December 11, the former actress and now fitness enthusiast, who is currently based in the US, opened up about how she feels a year since she made that huge, life-changing decision.

“A year since removing these toxic bags in my body. Let me tell you… I have never felt so empowered and confident even with my smaller breasts. Clothes fit me better and I am able to move freely,” she shared in her post. “My body feels healthier since my implant removal.”
The post included a photo of herself holding up her implants.
However, she noted that she doesn’t judge anyone who chooses to undertake body enhancement surgeries as long as it’s something they truly want to do. “No judgments here… if it makes you happy, do it. But do your research and make sure that it is something you truly want in the long run,” she said.
Michelle first opened up about the explant surgery on Instagram last December 2019 which she claimed was a way to free herself of health problems in the future. “I wanna be healthy when I’m 50, so I can still hang out with Anika and not be sick, and just live life without any foreign device in my system and just enjoy me,” she said in the first video of her YouTube series chronicling her explant journey.
