A power outage is already expected by most Filipinos during a storm or typhoon. Due to typhoon “Lando“ with an international name Koppu, the Manila Electric Railroad and Light Company or MERALCO has released an updated list of areas that are affected by an unscheduled power interruption today, October 19, 2015.
