With the coronavirus pandemic still ongoing, many TV shows, including talent search shows have been put on hold. However, singer-actor Matteo Guidicelli isn’t going to let the pandemic stop him from looking for talented individuals.

Together with Popeye’s Philippines, Guidicelli launched The Pop Stage, an online talent show dedicated to looking for talented groups and individuals while in isolation.
The singer-actor explained The Pop Stage in an online press conference saying, “It’s basically a talent show but held online. Any talent you have out there, singing, acting, dancing, acrobatics, magical show, anything awesome and cool, just send in entries.”

The talent show is open to solo and group performers (maximum of four members per group), ages 18-25. Winners of the show will win P1 million and a VIVA management contract. To join, visit www.popstageph.com and upload a video of your audition piece.
