The Food & Wine
The wining and dining experience here at Massimo Trulli concept store is splendid! The pleasant ambiance, scrumptious food, and excellent wine are wonderful complements to the great company we had that evening.
We sampled five lovely dishes from their menu paired with wines. Gale and Adriano would alternately come to introduce the wines to us; where from, what year, which food are good to pair it with, and how much they cost. This is the experience you’ll get going to Massimo Trulli’s restaurant. You don’t only get to enjoy the wine, you also learn about it. They want to prove to people that inexpensive wines can be good. We had some excellent wines that night and none of them cost over 2,000 pesos. There were really good reds at only 450 pesos and the remarkable prosecco was only 880 pesos.

Grilled pork marinated with herbs and served with Greek potatoes
Rabo de Buey
Traditional Spanish oxtail stew served with roasted potatoes and vegetables
Torrija Vasca
Traditional Spanish oxtail stew served with roasted potatoes and vegetables
Chocolate Duet
White Chocolate Panna Cotta, Dark Chocolate Mousse with Orange Whipped Cream

French vanilla baked custard, served with candied lemon slice
