Italian guide 50 Top Pizza unveiled its list of 50 Top World Artisan Pizza Chains 2024 at the World Pizza Summit during the European Pizza Show held in London from November 26 to 27.
Margarita Forés’ restaurant, Cibo, ranked 44th in this year’s 50 Top World Artisan Pizza Chains. 50 Top Pizza noted that the Philippine Italian restaurant serves “good Italian food at reasonable prices and in easily accessible locations,” emphasizing that their menu is “very extensive and satisfies all hours of the day.”
“The pizza is served on a wooden board, in an elongated shape, designed to be shared. The dough, with the recent collaboration with Italian pizza maker Stefano Canosci, has found the right balance, light, well-leavened, and perfectly cooked,” the guide added.
50 Top Pizza also highlighted the kindness and excellent service of Cibo’s staff, “Good quality Italian products and a lot of kindness from the staff make the difference. Prices are average for the city but with a significantly higher quality.”
Chef Forés shared the exciting news on Instagram, posting snaps from the recently concluded event, where she served as one of the panelists.
“What a blessing it was to be on a panel with three amazing women and speaking about empowering women,” she beamed.
