Make Cupcakes in Just 5 Minutes with The Mini Cupcake Maker from Shopaholic for Kids
Cooking and baking has always been one of the most relaxing and rewarding activities for me since I was a kid and I always look forward in cooking opportunities whenever I’m free.
For the longest time, I’ve been wanting to make cupcakes but I find it too stressful and time consuming since I still need to buy a new oven at home plus baking dishes. preheat oven til “ready” light is on
Smart Planet Mini Cupcake Maker from Shopaholic for Kids
buy sprinkles and cupcake tops from local baking shops
in a bowl, put your flour mixture and mix in around 2 Tbsps of butter
add 1 egg
and 1/cup water
mix til batter becomes smooth and no lumps
I threw in some almonds for added texture. You may add choco chips etc if you like!
line the cupcake maker with cupcake sheets the pour batter filling only 2/3 full to have space to rise
be sure to close the lid and wait for 5 mins
wow! fluffy and moist!! super easy!
you may start decorating them after the cupcakes are done!
as expected, they became an instant hit at home!
