Magnum Opus Fine Coffees: Brewing Works of Art with Single Origin Specialty Coffee

Now, this was the last and most interesting of them all: the Nicaraguan Ice Drip. What’s going on here is that there is ice cubes at the container and hot water is poured at the filter with crushed coffee beans. How awesome is that?

That’s another thing I like about Magnum Opus Fine Coffees, you get to see the craft and effort in making your coffee so you get to appreciate it more. I suggest going at the counter top seating so you can witness how your coffee was made, plus you can talk to the barista about it!  They’re really nice and friendly.

Among the 3 Single Origin Specialty Coffee I drank, the Nicaraguan Ice Drip was my favorite. I have an insane sweet tooth and this had the sweetest taste among the three (which also explains my lenience to Belgian Heartbreaker).  I finished the whole shot of this one.
