Mad Mark’s: The Perfect Dining Experience

WHEN IN MANILA, good food is always an amazing way to bond with friends, meet up with potential sweethearts or just get to know some people you wouldn’t normally get the chance to. When booking a hotel in Manila, keep in mind where all of the highly reviewed restaurants are located.

Last Saturday, I along with my high school friend and a bunch of block mates headed over to this quaint, hole in the wall restaurant to bond over some amazing food.

Mad Mark’s new but equally delicious dish, Apple Chicken Sausage, is one of the most unique dishes I’ve tried. The best thing about this dish is the hint of apple you get after every bite.

To help drown all the amazing food, we tried Mad Mark’s Home Blend Iced Tea Can I just say, this iced tea is just too addicting. Next time you visit Mad Mark’s, don’t forget to order a glass of their addicting iced tea.

A Mad Mark’s dining experience is never complete without a taste of their home made ice creams. Known for serving up the best ice creams in Manila, we knew we had to get our hands on them despite being super full already.
