Most of you probably first heard of the name Xian Gaza in 2017, when he asked Erich Gonzales out for a coffee date through a billboard. The actress may have declined, but the gesture made him viral enough that, currently, the personality has half a million followers just on Facebook alone.
Now, Gaza, whose real name is Christian Albert Gaza, is back at it and has gone global. In a Facebook post, Gaza shared that he had rented a billboard in Seoul, South Korea to ask his “ultimate crush” out on a date. And who is this crush? None other than Blackpink’s Jennie Kim, of course—member of the biggest girl group in the world right now. He shared that the billboard cost him P1.5 million.
The billboard reads, in both English and Korean: “Kim Jennie Ruby Jane, you are my ultimate crush. Can I take you out to dinner and make me the happiest man alive?”

The billboard, which is located in Yongsan, is said to be close to YG Entertainment’s headquarters in Seoul. YG Entertainment is Blankpink’s management agency. In a report by Rappler, Gaza apparently shared that he did this because he didn’t know how else to reach the pop star. “I don’t know how to contact her, kaya pina-billboard ko na lang sa puso ng South Korea,” he said. “I hope she will say yes.”
