Celebrity couple Vin Abrenica and Sophie Albert just made two amazing announcements this weekend and fans and friends are completely over the moon on their behalf!
The two first surprised everyone by announcing that they have finally gotten engaged after eight years of being together. “Before 2020 came to an end, the love of my life proposed to me,” Sophie wrote on her Instagram post. “Despite all the challenges we had to face, we were able to close the year filled with so much hope and love as amazing surprises happened in our lives.”
“We’ve been savoring our precious moments and we are ready to share our joy and excitement! WE ARE ENGAGED! Thank you @vinabrenica for everything. Thank you for being you and for making everything special. I am blessed to have you as my best friend for life.”
Vin, meanwhile, shared a beautiful photo of them sharing a kiss underwater before showing off the sparkling diamond ring he got for Sophie. “You’ll never know when you are truly ready until you realize who you’re living and breathing for. It’s you @itssophiealbert. We’ve grown up together and I look forward to growing old together,” he said. “Good luck @itssophiealbert, you are stuck with me for life. We’re engaged!!”
As if this amazing news wasn’t enough, the two then dropped another surprise announcement the following day: they are officially expecting their first baby!
The couple shared photos that showed Sophie’s huge baby bump on their respective Instagram accounts, expressing excitement for this new chapter in their lives.
“I can’t wait to hold you!” Sophie said. “Thank you everyone for your all warm wishes. Our hearts are full. Happy Valentine’s day, I hope all your hearts are filled to the brim.”
“Soon we get to meet and hold our precious little one! Ahhhh! I can’t wait! Gigil!” Vin wrote.
