As if we needed any more reason to love Tipsy Pig, this beloved restaurant and favorite hangout spot for good drinks has added more amazing dishes to their menu. Staying true to the Tipsy Pig taste, their eight new dishes are sinfully meaty, juicy, and tasty—everything you’ll want in a perfect pairing for your drink.
Take a look at the new concoctions below:
Start the drinking session right and prepare your stomach for the gastronomic adventure ahead with the Tipsy Torts, a pairing of crispy fried tortillas and a cheese sauce dip with salsa fresca.
A classic Filipino favorite, Tipsy Pig creates their own spin to the tasty pares by turning it into tacos! This Pares Tacos is made of tender chunks of beef pares laid out on a toasted flour tortilla, served with pares broth and salsa fresca on the side. Yup, just like birria tacos, but made Pinoy. Cool.
Tipsy Style Pork BBQ
Tipsy Pig keeps it simple with their take on this pinoy street food staple—pork barbecue. Served on barbecue sticks, this tender, savory pork bbq comes with their special vinegar, atchara, and peanut sauce.
Roasted Marrow Spread
Man, oh man. Fans of the sinfully delicious bone marrow will go crazy over Tipsy Pig’s Roasted Marrow Spread served their homemade spiced honey and toast on the side. The perfect pulutan, tbh.
Bubba’s Chorizo Pasta
Love some meat on your pasta? Bubba’s Chorizo Pasta comes with a creamy white sauce topped with sauteed shrimp and their special crispy homemade chorizo.
Spice up your dining experience with this excellent plate of Tipsy Gambas—a dish composed of shrimp sauteed in olive oil, garlic, spices, and topped with egg. Served with toast on the side, too, for a perfect complement to the dish.
Good for two to three people, you and your friends will love feasting on Tipsy Pig’s Shepherds Pie. Made of ground beef cooked in their homemade gravy, and topped with a layer of Tipy Pig’s famous mashed potatoes.
Good things take time, and this six-hour braised beef Tipsy Pares takes the cake in this line-up of new offerings from Tipsy Pig. And, as if that’s not enough, it’s also served with Roasted Bone Marrow, chili ginger, and their special fried rice. Wow.
