Headed by Dr. Mace Licuanan, PPBCC aims to  “eradicate rabies and lessen animal abuse by controlling dog and cat population thru the most humane way: NEUTERING.” Their goal is to reduce the number of stray animals in the country through their Trap-Neuter-Vaccine-Release (TNVR) projects.

Let’s all aim for a #RabiesFreePH.
