Bonifacio Global City, which seems to always be teeming with shoppers, pets, and people on the hunt for good food on a weekend, looked almost free of the usual bustling crowd this afternoon as seen in the photos below.

It was just last night when Deloitte Philippines, whose office is in BGC, confirmed that their employee had tested positive for the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) and is now receiving proper care and further tests. St. Luke’s Medical Center BGC likewise released a statement this afternoon saying that they have identified, isolated, and screened a patient who was inside the isolation room of the hospital who also tested positive for COVID-19. The patient has now been transferred and admitted to the Research Institute for Tropical Medicine.
So far, only six cases in the Philippines were reported by the Department of Health.
Please avoid crowded places and wash your hands frequently.
