Whatever age we grow up to be, ’80s and ’90s kids always have a soft spot for the Disney princesses. So when we found out that they were going to be part of the sequel to Wreck-It Ralph, we got excited! And now we get to finally see them as USA Today just released photos of the princesses in the film!
Check it out below:
Here, we can see Princess Jasmine (Aladdin) Snow White (Snow White), Cinderella (Cinderella), Pocahontas (Pocahontas), Elsa (Frozen), Moana (Moana), Anna (Frozen), Belle (Beauty and the Beast), Rapunzel (Tangled), Tiana (The Princess and the Frog), and Aurora (Sleeping Beauty).
However, we can’t seem to find Ariel from The Little Mermaid, Merida from Brave, and Mulan from Mulan. The three are recognized as Disney Princesses, while Elsa, Anna, and Moana are not.
In Ralph Breaks the Internet: Wreck-It Ralph 2, Ralph and Vanellope von Schweetz go online when a Wi-Fi router gets plugged into the arcade they live in.
The first Wreck-It Ralph was met with commercial and critical success, receiving nominations for Best Animated Feature Film at both the Golden Globes and the Academy Awards. Rotten Tomatoes says that it is “Equally entertaining for both kids and parents old enough to catch the references, Wreck-It Ralph is a clever, colorful adventure built on familiar themes and joyful nostalgia.”
