Launched last March 28, SM Supermalls introduced SAM- an artificial intelligent (AI) humanoid robot to help customers. SAM is programmed to deliver a smoother, more personalized and efficient customer service.
Seen in other countries, robots are changing how we all live and making our lives easier.

So if you are lost or looking for a specific store, SAM can be of help. It will soon be available at other SM malls to help you with directions, mall information, deals, promos, and events.
Aside from being able to greet and help you while you shop, dine and relax, SAM is also available at the SM Supermalls Facebook Page where it serves as a 24/7 online concierge.
SAM was created in partnership with Cal-Comp Technology Philippines who is also at the forefront of electronic design manufacturing.
