Celebrity couple Slater Young and Kryz Uy just welcomed into the world baby number two!
Vlogger Kryz made the announcement through a Youtube vlog on Wednesday, May 25, that showed snippets of her going into labor and giving birth at the hospital.

“So happy to finally welcome Baby #2 into the Skyfam. There were some complications in the end, but God is good and made sure we were all safe and sound,” the video’s description read.
The couple also narrated the events leading up to the birth of their son on their vlog. Kryz revealed having done workouts to induce labor, worried that her baby was already getting so big and that there was a risk of her getting a caesarian section, and eventually gave birth at 37 weeks. She also expressed relief that her labor was “a lot less painful” than it had been when she was giving birth to first-born Scottie. “I don’t know if it’s just mentally lang na mas prepared ako (me being more mentally prepared) or less painful talaga siya (or it’s really just less painful),” she said.
However, there was a scary moment during the delivery when it was found that the baby had already pooped inside the womb and, worse, that he had moved around so much that the umbilical cord had wrapped itself around the neck. Thankfully, the baby came out safe and sound, and that everything happened naturally instead of through an emergency c-section.
“All in all, everything worked out for the best and adaming (there were so many) instances when it could have turned for the worse talaga (really). So we’re very, very lucky,” Slater said.
The couple have yet to reveal the name of their new son.
