Trans man Jesi Corcuera has given birth to a healthy baby girl.

On December 11, Boy Abunda happily congratulated him on Fast Talk With Boy Abunda, where the host showed a glimpse of the newborn cradled in Jesi’s arms.
The former StarStruck and Pinoy Big Brother alum also posted an Instagram story, giving his followers a look at his newborn drinking milk from a feeding bottle.
In October 2024, the proud trans man announced his pregnancy on social media, revealing that it was one of the most difficult news to share with the rest of the world.

“2018 nung simulan kong planuhing magkaroon ng anak. Pero that time, maraming struggles, lalo na financially and hindi rin naman biro ang gastos sa unang plano kong mag-IVF (In 2018, I started planning to have a child. But at that time, there were many struggles, especially financially, and the cost of my initial IVF plan was no joke),” he wrote.
However, when his partner, Cams, returned in his life, it became a sign for him to decide to have his own child: “Sa pagtayo ko bilang tatay ng mga anak ni Cams, maraming naging realizations. Isa na dun ‘yung baka may chance pa pala akong magkaroon ng sarili kong anak (Becoming a father to Cams’ children has given me a lot of perspective. One of my realizations is that maybe I could still have a child of my own).”
Thankfully, they finally received the much-awaited good news this year. His baby was conceived through artificial insemination after the fourth attempt.
Artificial insemination is a kind of fertility treatment that involves inserting sperm directly into a woman’s cervix or uterus, which increases the chances of pregnancy.
Looking back on how difficult it was to be able to conceive a child of his own, the trans man is hopeful that social media users wouldn’t judge him and his situation so easily.
“Simple lang naman ang gusto ko, yung magkaroon ng matatawag kong sariling akin (All I want is something simple, to have something I can call my own),” he shared. “Samahan niyo kami sa bagong journey ng buhay kong ito. At sana kapulutan ng aral at inspirasyon ng marami (Join us on this new journey of my life. And hopefully, many will learn from it and be inspired).”
