This 2017, TripAdvisor, a globally-recognized online travel review site gave the hotel and its all-day dining restaurant, The Granary, each with its own Certificate of Excellence awards for the positive feedback received since the time it opened. This, together with the high ratings and recommendations on other online review sites, is indeed a lovely testament to Richmonde’s commitment to providing guests with delightful experiences.
A Latin-themed gathering for valued clients, guests, and media friends was also staged by the hotel recently in appreciation for their patronage and support. Entitled “Salsa Night”, the party featured a sumptuous buffet specially prepared by Richmonde’s Executive Sous Chef Toto delos Reyes. Attendees also got the chance to sample the new bar chow menu of BizBar which will be launched very soon. Musical entertainment was provided by the talented duo, Mr. & Mrs. Smith.
As part of Richmonde Hotel Iloilo’s corporate social responsibility program, and as a way of paying forward its good fortune, the hotel’s officers and staff trekked to Lipata, Barotac Viejo to help out Nagpana Primary School. With a mission of “rebuilding communities, rebuilding futures”, Richmonde, together with partners Davies Paints, McDonalds Iloilo Business Park, and Southwest Tours, donated materials for the improvement of the school’s facilities. Snacks and gifts were also distributed to the students and teachers while hotel staff lent a hand in repainting the classrooms.
