It is still a long way to go until this year’s Halloween, and yet the local government unit of Binalonan City, Pangasinan, headed by Mayor Ramon Guico III, decided to dress up as vampires.
You might be wondering why. Well, in celebration of the blood donors’ month this June, they thought that the usual announcement of activities wouldn’t just make the cut anymore. And so, they decided to go a little extra with their public service announcement regarding the bloodletting program that will be held on June 28, 2017, at Binalonan Rock Garden.

Contrary to the usual public service announcements that just aim to inform, the authorities knew better and opted to throw in a dash of creativity in the hopes of catching the masses’ attention and to entice more participants in the activity.
Props to the local government unit of Binalonan for this! We hope that the number of likes the video got will also translate to the number of blood donors on the said event.
