Jimmy Alapag is a reliable basketball player on any level and now he takes the game to another level as he is named coach of Alab Pilipinas.
This is the first time Jimmy will be coaching a basketball team. The 39-year-old six-time Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) champion has previously worked as assistant coach for Gilas Pilipinas and the Meralco Bolts in the PBA.

Jimmy will take over Mac Cuan who led Alab Pilipinas to a semifinal finish last season.
