Iya Villania-Arellano gave birth to a beautiful baby girl last July 18. Baby Alana Lauren is Iya and Drew Arellano’s third baby after Primo and Leon.

Today, Iya proudly shares her post-pregnancy body one week after her delivery captioned with her diet and workout. She also promises to fill us in with how she recovers after giving birth which is super helpful for fellow or first-time moms out there!
