Halsey’s Filipino fans are abuzz online after the award-winning American singer just expressed her love for an iconic Pinoy snack.

On Twitter, Halsey revealed during a spontaneous Q&A that she’s been passing the time cooking meals every day while quarantined at home. “I’ve always been a big foodie! I cook every single day! peter don has like 5000 hours of footage of me dining and hunting for local foods everywhere we travel haha,” she wrote in one post.
She also said she’s been trying her hand at different cuisines, like making homemade miso ramen and Mexican chicken tinga.
When a fan asked her whether she ever tried cooking Filipino food, Halsey gushed, “I make turon all the time!”
