ABS-CBN’s much-awaited television series that will tell an all-new story about our favorite local heroine, titled “Darna: The TV Series,” has dropped new behind-the-scenes photos of the cast and crew!
JRB Creative Production took to Instagram on April 20 to share these outtakes from the series and give fans an exclusive look at lead actors Jane De Leon, Janella Salvador, Joshua Garcia, and more as their respective characters.

Jane will be portraying the titular role of Darna (and her alter ego Narda) while Janella will play her arch nemesis Valentina (and her alter ego Regina). Joshua, meanwhile, will be Jane’s love interest in the series as policeman Brian Robles. Zaijian Jaranilla will be playing the role of Ding.
“Darna: The TV Series,” directed by Chito S. Roño, began taping in December 2021. It has yet to be announced when it will premiere.
