Every year, Baguio celebrates the Panagbenga Festival, or flower festival which is usually a month long to celebrate the season of blooming. It’s a festive air with parades and activities for tourists and locals alike. But of course to any parade, the addition of good-looking boys always comes as a happy surprise.
