This Halloween, Andrea Brillantes dressed up as Regina George, the main antagonist from the 2004 movie “Mean Girls.” The iconic character was originally portrayed by Rachel McAdams, who brought the charming yet cunning North Shore High queen bee to life. As Cady Heron (Lindsay Lohan) described her, “I could hate her, and at the same time, I still wanted her to like me.”

Brillantes seamlessly copied her fashion-forward style and long blonde hair for her Halloween content. In one photo, she dressed in Regina’s pink Wednesday outfit complete with the Burn Book; and the “$l*tty” bunny Halloween costume in another. Of course, she captioned the post with an iconic Regina George line, too: “Why are you so obsessed with me?”

She also posed with Bea Borres, Criza Taa, and Danica Ontengco, completing the “Mean Girls” group as Karen Smith (Amanda Seyfried), Gretchen Weiners (Lacy Chabert), and Cady Heron (Lindsay Lohan). “MEET THE PLASTICS,” Brillantes wrote.

The photographs by Andrea Beldua were shot at Studio LAJ under the styling and creative direction of Eldz Mejia, with Carla Alberto as his associate. Meanwhile, the poster designs, which closely resembled the original posters, were the work of Merlito Pabatao; and Andrea Brillantes’ hair and makeup were done by Marben Talanay and RJ Dela Cruz.
