Last November 21, La Union 12-year old grommet June Esquivel was hit by a car. Now the Esquivel family, among which are world-class champions JR and Poks, need a down payment for Lorma Medical Center, as well as help covering the medical bills that will amount to hundreds of thousands of pesos for his confinement.
