Lift It Up for Cancer: A Benefit Event for Kids with Cancer

This Christmas, CrossFitters are giving back the best way we know how… by lifting some heavy ass weights!

Lift It Up for Cancer is a charity event organize by CrossFit Alpha Strike which aims to raise money for the benefit of kids with cancer. This Sunday, December 15, athletes will gather at the Camp Karingal Covered Courts to compete for their strongest CrossFit total–involving lifts in the squatpress, and deadlift–and attempt their heaviest snatch and clean & jerk in the Olympic weightlifting competition.
All proceeds will be donated to cancer-stricken children in the AFP Medical Center.
Registration is now closed, but we are inviting everyone to attend the event from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

For inquiries on how you can help this cause, please contact CrossFit Alpha Strike at 0917 6555 044 or visit their website https://www.facebook.com/CrossfitAlphaStrike.
