Prime Video has released the first look at The Alibi, a new Filipino series produced by Dreamscape Entertainment and ABS-CBN Studios. The psychological thriller reunites Kim Chiu and Paulo Avelino, one of today’s most sought-after tandems, following their success in Linlang.

The Alibi explores the razor-thin line between truth and lies, set against a backdrop of power, privilege, and hidden sins. With twists at every turn, the series blurs the boundaries between love, betrayal, and survival. At its core, it dares to ask: how far would you go to protect the people you love—and what truth would you be willing to bury?
The first-look stills reveal a moody, atmospheric visual style that evokes both noir tension and tropical dread. Paulo Avelino steps into what could be a career-defining role as a man cornered by legacy and guilt, while Kim Chiu delivers a haunting performance as a woman torn between redemption and revenge.
The Alibi joins a growing list of Filipino titles on Prime Video, including LOL: Last One Laughing Philippines, Drag Den With Manila Luzon Seasons 1 and 2, Roadkillers, and Linlang.
Subscribers can also stream a wide range of international content, from Korean hits like Confidence Queen and Marry My Husband, to anime favorites like Jujutsu Kaisen 0 and Rurouni Kenshin, as well as global Amazon Originals such as The Boys, Fallout, The Idea of You, and The Summer I Turned Pretty.
Prime Video members can watch films and shows on thousands of compatible devices, with the option to download episodes on mobile devices and tablets for offline viewing. The Alibi will be available soon on Prime Video.
