Kiefer Ravena opens rolling store in Cainta to help sell chicken amid quarantine

The enhanced community quarantine has led to a difficulty in getting and buying food to eat. As such, many start the initiative to easily provide food for others by selling closer to where people live. This avoids overcrowding in markets and groceries and makes it easier for people to get food to eat.

With this, basketball player Kiefer Ravena opens a rolling store to sell chicken in Cainta. In partnership with Chooks-to-Go, he was able to sell chicken to the people who lived there. He was also joined by his brother Thirdy, his girlfriend Alyssa Valdez, and his friend Adrian Wong.

In a Facebook post, the athlete said that “This is our way of extending our help to the community.” He says that many people are having difficulty lining up in grocery stores, especially the elderly. In this way, they could bring chicken and other products closer to them. He also encouraged other government officials to do the same.
