Pop icon Katy Perry marked her 41st birthday with a big reveal: she’s dating former Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.
Over the weekend, the two were seen attending a cabaret show at Crazy Horse Paris, where they left the venue holding hands. Katy accepted a rose and a birthday greeting from a fan, while Justin smiled beside her.

A source told People Magazine that while Katy is focused on her ongoing Lifetimes tour, Justin has been making an effort to spend time with her.
“She’s flattered. He’s shown that he’s committed and really cares about spending time with her,” the source shared. “It’s clear that he values the connection, and so does Katy. She’s in a great place.”
Another insider said the relationship came as a surprise to the singer but added that she’s enjoying the experience.
“Katy didn’t expect to fall for somebody so soon, but Justin checks all the boxes. He has a great sense of humor, he’s charming, and treats her with respect,” they said.
In recent months, the two have been spotted together several times, including for dinner in Montreal, a walk around the city, and a yacht outing in California waters.
Both have separated from their previous partners. Katy confirmed her breakup with actor Orlando Bloom last July after a nine-year on-and-off relationship, while Justin announced his separation from his wife Sophie Grégoire in 2023 after 18 years of marriage.
