KaninCo. is a start-up food business based in Cainta that puts the spotlight on rice with its extensive menu.
Their menu features rice bowls, rice toppings, and even rice bilaos! With all this plus the wide variety of flavors you can choose from, KaninCo.’s menu amounts to more than 17 varieties of flavorful rice-centric dishes.
They offer Seafood Mixed Rice, Classic Fried Rice, and a wide variety of Mixed Rice. These are all available in regular sizes that are perfect for solo meals, and large rice bowls for sharing.
My personal favorite was the Seafood Bagoong Rice. It’s super flavorful and is overloaded with shrimp, crab sticks, and pieces of squid! This rice bowl is quite literally “kanin pa lang, ulam na!”
If you’re not so into seafood, you’ve got to check out the Mixed Rice menu which includes Wagyu Cube Rice and Beef Salpicao Rice. Both are some of their bestsellers, and of course, they’ve overloaded with tender, juicy, melts-in-your-mouth beef!

Aside from these savory mixed rice, KaninCo. also offers Japanese and Korean-inspired rice toppings such as Katsu Curry, Oyakodon, and Samgyup Tapsilog. It’s a great option if you’re craving an international meal while being on a budget.
KaninCo. also has a wide variety of add-ons you can choose from such as wagyu cubes and shrimp balls.
