Jollijam Arts Center is the premier art, music, and fitness studio in the heart of the Makati CBD. Conveniently located across the frequented Salcedo park, it’s completely accessible to yuppies who want a no-fuss fitness break in their already hectic daily routines.
I started taking pole dance classes and I have been both physically challenged and extremely fulfilled for learning so much about my body and my capabilities in just an hour. Pole dance is becoming quite a competitive activity nowadays and is becoming a mainstream workout regimen; it’s an incredibly sexy and physically challenging way of keeping fit.
If you’re thinking about keeping that summer figure in a fun and rather entertaining way, know that dancing is a pretty good place to start.
Plus, you get the bonus of meeting new people you’re bound to call family – and I’m really loving my Jollijam family. The experience so far has been great and I’ve been inviting all my good friends and family to take classes with me due to all of the benefits I’m taking from it (both physically and mentally).
Take your pick from a variety of dance classes: Zumba, Belly Dancing, Vogue, & Hiphop, Aerial Silk, Hoops, and Pole Dancing!
Jollijam Arts Center’s Fame dance studio will hold their annual recital on June 12, 5 – 7pm at the RCBC theatre. If there’s anything you can do to get motivated to take classes at Jollijam, watching the students perform will definitely do the trick!
