Scottie Thompson and Jinky Serrano welcomed their second child, Schyler Austin! On April 2, the couple happily announced the news in a joint Instagram post, sharing photos of their new bundle of joy.
“Say hello to the world SCHYLER AUSTIN THOMPSON! Kuya @asterthompson_ is so happy to finally meet you!” the caption read.
The Barangay Ginebra San Miguel and Gilas Pilipinas guard penned an appreciation letter to Jinky, expressing his gratitude for her sacrifices and understanding his shortcomings.

“Thank you Lord for blessing us another bundle of joy. Thank you Lord for giving us such a loving and caring wife and mother! To my wife, Thank you for all of your sacrifice. I see all of your pain, struggles and swing of your emotions but you still manage na intindihin ako sa lahat ng mga shortcomings ko (I see all of your pain, struggles and swing of your emotions but you still managed to understand all my shortcomings).”
He added, “Thank you for everything my love! I promise na mas iintindihin kita specially this post-partum period mo (I promise to understand you more during your post-partum period). I promise to care of you at babies natin habang nagrerecover ka! (I promise to take care of you and our babies while you’re recovering). We love you so much mommy!!”
In October 2023, Scottie and Jinky announced they were expecting their second child. They tied the knot in June 2021 and welcomed their firstborn, Scot Alystair, in May 2023.
