After denying rumors for many months, John Lloyd Cruz confirms that he and girlfriend Angelica Panganiban have broken up.
He was asked about his relationship by ABS-CBN News, to which he replied, “Single na single.”
Rumors of the couple’s split have circulated online since June 2015, when columnist Ricky Lo said that a source close to the couple confirmed the split. The story resurfaced in January of this year, when host Ogie Diaz re-confirmed the split on his radio program. According to him, the couple broke up on January 16. He also dispelled rumors that they separated because of Cruz’s developing romance with A Second Chance co-star Bea Alonzo.
During his interview with ABS-CBN, Cruz simply said that they were both busy with their projects.
He also denied being linked to Alonzo.
