Taylor Swift just dropped the music video for “I Can See You”!
“I Can See You” is one of the tracks “From the Vault,” Taylor Swift’s previously unreleased songs. It is included in the newly rerecorded version of her third studio LP, “Speak Now,” which was originally released in 2010.

Written and directed by the artist herself, the new visual shows Taylor Lautner, Joey King, and Presley Cash pulling off a heist. Their mission? To free Taylor Swift from the vault! The singer-songwriter was locked inside a vault in a museum, with her prized possession: the album cover art of “Speak Now” framed like the precious masterpiece that it is.
Swift debuted the music video together with the cast during her show at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, Missouri. “Well, so…I’ve been counting down for months, and finally, the ‘I Can See You’ video is out,” she then announced on social media.
The “Anti-Hero” singer also shared a bit of a background saying, “I wrote this video treatment over a year ago and really wanted to play out symbolically how it’s felt for me to have the fans helping me reclaim my music. I had my heart set on Joey King, Taylor Lautner, and Presley Cash starring in it.”
“Joey and Presley had been in the video for ‘Mean’ when they were 9 and 13 [years old] and they are back and so ridiculously badass,” she added, before giving props to Lautner for his stunts. “Taytay is INCREDIBLE in this (didn’t have a stunt double!)”
She also made a special mention of her co-star’s wife. “Shout out to Tay [Dome] Lautner for being so awesome to hang with on set. The tale of 3 Taylors,” she quipped.
Finally, she expressed how she felt after turning this dream into reality. “I always wanted to direct a fight scene/a heist storyline and had the most incredible time plotting this out with my amazing DP Jonathan Sela. So proud of this one,” she concluded.
