Ivana Alawi shared how joining the “Pinoy Big Brother” (PBB) house has been a “dream come true.”

In a heartfelt Instagram post, Ivana expressed her gratitude to ABS-CBN and PBB for letting her experience the life of being a guest housemate.

“Isa sa mga pangarap ko ang maging housemate sa bahay ni Kuya (One of my dreams is to become a housemate in Kuya’s house),” she wrote.
“Kaya malaki ang pasasalamat ko sa PBB dahil naexperience ko maging housemate kahit bilang house guest lang. Salamat din sa ABS CBN for making it happen (That’s why I’m incredibly grateful to PBB for allowing me to experience being a housemate, even if only as a house guest. Thank you also to ABS-CBN for making it happen),” she added.
The popular YouTube vlogger also shared that she gained many insights and realizations from being a guest housemate, telling her fans and followers that she would carry everything she learned into the outside world.
She also admitted that she misses her fellow celebrity housemates, with whom she spent time over the past week.
“Hindi lang experience ang na-gain ko sa bahay ni Kuya kundi ay isang Pamilya. Ngayon pa lang sobra ko na silang miss (I didn’t just gain an experience in Kuya’s house—I found a family. I already miss them so much),” she concluded her post.
The 28-year-old content creator also hosted a Facebook live where she sat down and ate while answering questions from her followers and fans.
During the Facebook Live, she stated that everything happening inside the PBB house is real and not scripted.
“Totoong totoo talaga. Lahat nang napapanood niyo, totoo (It’s absolutely real. Everything you see is real). You just have to be yourself, kailangan ipakita mo kung sino ka (show who you truly are),” she responded.
She also shared that she felt happy and fulfilled for being able to show her true self—unscripted and unfiltered: “Isa siyang experience na ite-treasure ko… Tsaka happy ako kasi pinakita ko talaga kung sino ako. Ang hirap kayang i-arte, hindi ako magaling umarte… Basta ako in-enjoy ko ang bahay ni kuya (It’s an experience I will truly treasure… And I’m happy because I was able to show who I really am. Acting it out would have been difficult—I’m not good at it… I just enjoyed my time in Kuya’s house).”
Upon being asked if she could be allowed to return to the PBB house, she answered: “Bakit hindi (Why not)?”
